Christmas Lighting FAQs
Do you provide the lights, or do I need to supply my own?
We provide everything! That includes high-quality, energy-efficient LED lights, extension cords, timers, clips, garland, wreaths and bows as well. You don’t need to source anything yourself.
When should I book my installation?
As early as possible! Our calendar fills up fast, and booking early ensures your lights are installed in a timely manner, so you can enjoy them for the entire holiday season and avoid last-minute stress.
When do you start installing lights?
We begin our roof installations in October (but don’t turn anything on) and finish up the more decorative elements in November before Thanksgiving.
Do you take the lights down too?
Yes! Takedown is included in your service. We begin removals January 2nd and automatically schedule your takedown.
What happens if a light goes out?
We include maintenance throughout the season. If a light stops working or something gets knocked loose, just give us a call, we’ll come out and fix or replace it within 48 hours of being notified.
Do you install Christmas lights for businesses or HOAs?
Absolutely! We provide lighting for commercial properties, storefronts, HOA entrances, and neighborhood displays. Contact us for a custom quote.
